A hidden gem in Farmington Hills, this large property presented numerous landscaping challenges due some of the outdated elements. Our multi-stage plan commenced with the removal of roughly 40,000 pounds of rocks, followed by extensive plant trimming and removal. Old pavers were cleared to make space for a networked stone path, and a Mexican beach pebble garden was created near the entrance. We also introduced new trees and perennial shrubs. In addition, a few shrubs like the spirea were relocated and repurposed. Due to the late fall timing, the project's second phase, which includes more plantings, hardscape elements, new grass, and mulch, will be completed in spring. We are excited to see the final results.
