This Southfield project, primarily utility-focused, also enhanced the property's aesthetic appeal. The client's newly installed patio was surrounded by neglected areas, plagued by mud and weeds. We devised a solution that not only prevented weed regrowth but also offered low maintenance and durability for dog traffic. After removing the weeds, we implemented a robust foundation of leveling sand and level 4 geofabric, finishing with approximately five inches of multi-colored chipped granite.
